We work to preserve the health and wellbeing of people in particular, but not exclusively from Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) and low-income communities living with or affected by cancer. Our ethos is embedded in our name, ‘B’Me Against Cancer’ i.e. ‘Put yourself in my place against cancer’.

Story

Over 5 days from 9th April 2022, Ben and Adam are cycling all 215 of the Transpennine Trail, from Southport to Hornsea.

We are fundraising for B'Me Against Cancer. Here's a bit about the charity:

Our object is to preserve and protect the health of people in particular but not exclusively from Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) and low-income communities living with or affected by cancer.

We are cycling in memory of our friend Glen Riley who sadly lost his battle with cancer last year. We knew him as a friend, and bassist with band Highway Child. Not only have we lost a great friend and musician, but Glen also leaves behind a loving family.

We are asking you to donate and support B'Me Against Cancer so they can continue to help people like Glen and his family.
