Hello!

I'm Adam. When I was 14, my mum, Pauline, took her own life.

From Saturday 30th July to Monday 15th August, I am cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, raising money for StrongMinds, a charity delivering highly effective mental health treatments in Africa, for women who would otherwise have nowhere else to turn. Knowing the suffering my mum went through, it pains me to think there are still people in the world who have no access to mental health guidance or treatment, and others who lack any support network. StrongMinds are trying to change that, and I have no doubt that I would be doing my mum proud by raising money for that cause.

It's going to be tough, but I am feeling incredibly determined!
