Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After years of watching marathons from the side lines and always vowing one day to run a marathon myself, turning 40 I have decided it's now or never. I have been told I run like an 8 year old girl so up until now the only running I have done has involved the bath! This year that changes as I train to complete  February's Brighton half marathon and Aprils Brighton marathon (God help me!)

Along with easing my mid life crisis I am aiming to raise £5000 for The Sussex Beacon, a local charity that I have been a keen supporter of for a number of years. I would be so very grateful if you were able to assist me on reaching my target by donating through JustGiving.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you so much for your generosity, if you are watching the race and you see me or any other Team Beacon runners PLEASE do give us a cheer. See you at the finish line!
