Hi All,

I'm taking part in a 24hour Mountain Biking race next weekend. Mountain Mayhem - its the biggest of its type in the world.

Andy Connor, Chris Blackwell, Dan Naylor and myself will ride in circles around the Malvern Hills from midday saturday to midday sunday. A rather futile activity, so I ask you to make this ridiculous exercise worthwhile, by donating some of your hard-earned cash to Multiple Sclerosis.

 

We will mostly be drinking Peroni and Pilsner Urquell to re-hydrate.
