Mo Farrah's efforts this summer have inspired me to run the City of Norwich half marathon on Sunday 25th November. I'm fundrasing for Macmillan Cancer Support and will be running with my work colleagues Suzanne Eaglen and Niall Mahoney.

I've never done anything like this before so please dig deep and help me fundraise because my knees, shins and nipples are killing me with all this training.
