On the 29th June myself , Bry, Simo & Ian are challenging ourselves to complete the JCB Mud Run !!! aghhh! A 5 mile assault course through mud...we will be running through woods into muddy streams, scrambling up hills and running down dales, across fields getting over , under , in and out of 20 'fun' obstacles...why?? here's why...

Over the last 12 months i have been inspired by a very special little man  - Ollie! Sadly Ollie has Menkes syndrome which is a life limiting illness and for him most days are challenging. Menkes foundation UK were founded to raise awareness of the condition , support families with children and to raise funds to support research into finding a cure.

All funds raised through our Mud Run challenge will go directly to the charity to support them in their goals. So please donate if you can :-)
