You know how it works. I've left it until the last minute (again), but I'm not running on one of those charity places or anything, so every penny you give will go to the Parkinson's Disease people (who've recently changed their name to Parkinsons UK).

I didn't get into London, so I've headed north of the border for my annual 26 mile torture session. Last year thanks to your help, I raised almost £350 in just a couple of days, so hopefully, with over a week's notice you can help me beat that this year.
