As you know my sister works for Kidney Wales Foundation. It is  a great welsh charity that I am proud to support. The money I raise for smashing Gladiators and more realistically crawling over the line unable to breath will be spent supporting people affected by kidney disease in Wales.

Please take a minute to think about what it would be like spending hours on dialysis  or even waiting for a transplant which can take years.  Your donation will help so much, just £10 will help pay for an audio book for a patient to listen to while on dialysis. Its just a small thing but makes such a  difference.
