Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So for many of us the last few years have been particularly difficult with the pandemic and it's most likely that each and every one of us has been affected directly or indirectly from it.
I know I certainly have, loosing a best friend and my father to cancer during the lockdown period. Where it wasn't possible to spend the precious time left with them in the way we would have intended. It really proves how cancer especially and other illnesses have continued to take our loved ones from us dispite the focus on keeping everyone safe from the virus.
3 years ago we embarked on an incredible adventure for the Maisie 100 trust by completing the national 3 peaks challenge in honour of the amazing Maisie Colquhoun.
Maisie was a very vibrant and courageous girl who was diagnosed with a rare aggressive bone cancer called Ewing's sarcoma.
This is definitely a difficult challenge, which will require intensive training and miles of walking so if you could spare a few quid to help boost my motivation to complete the task in hand, then it would be massively appreciated from all Involved.
Many thanks for taking the time to read my story.
Big love, Sharpy.

Hey everyone. Due to logistics there were 2 groups of us doing the walk 2 months apart..I was initially in the latter group but now due to a couple of people pulling out for personal reasons I've now joined the group planning to depart on the 29th of June. So 6 weeks and counting till we head off and not long left to get ready with the training.
