We offer hope to families to transform the lives of sick children

Story

In just under a months time myself, Shane and Kev will be taking on the Three Peaks Challenge. We will be climbing Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours all to raise money for Leon and to help him take his first steps.

Leon was born prematurely at 29 weeks and 3 days weighing under 3lbs.  He suffered a brain haemorrhage and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 16 months old.  His family need to raise £80,000 towards a surgery called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) which permanently cuts the nerves that cause spasticity.  He will also require physio equiptment and intensive physiotherapy following the surgery.

This is Leon's best chance of being able to walk, free of pain, either with equiptment or unaided.

PLEASE HELP LEON TAKE HIS FIRST STEPS

Many Thanks

Adam, Shane, Kev and Leon
