I have decided to embark on one of if not the biggest challenge of my life..! I have always been fairly fit but this is another level and I am looking forward to pushing myself and testing my limits. 

I must be honest at this point it does feel like a daunting task however I can assure you I am applying myself and will complete this trip even if it kills me! My training is underway in the gym and out on the bike, I will keep you all posted with regular updates as to how I am getting on. 

300 miles over 4 days, I wont be able to sit down for a week but I know it will be worth all the pain as I am raising money for a great cause that help cancer patients emotionally and the part people forget financially and worse of all a the end of life. Most of us have been unfortunate to have lost someone to cancer and some fortunate to know people who have survived. Either way ClIC Sargent help the patient and family through this terrible time. 

Your sponsorship will be much appreciated and will spur me on through the painful training sessions I have planned over the next 5 months.
