As most people know I am not the greatest when it comes to physical activity but I am undergoing an intense period of training which started 3 weeks ago and will last to just before the event itself. This has taken a lot for me to get up the courage and given up a lot that I love, predominantly easy good food!

Young Minds is a charity very close to my heart. We have already raised a lot of funds for the charity under my company name and this challenge will enable to continue the good work that the both us and especially the charity do. Without chaitities like this young children could have nowhere to turn and this would not be fair at all. A charity like this being around when I was young would have been a god send.
