Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Its been two years since i did the Edinburgh marathon and lets be honest, when at uni, one lets themself go. So I thought of no better way to get fit again than put myself through the great pain of running 26.2 miles - again!
So I am entered in for the Edinburgh marathon on 27th May!
Once again, I am raising money for The Sandpiper Trust, which many of you know of or have heard of. For those who havent heard of the Trust, here is a little bit about it.
The Sandpiper Trust aims to provide Scotland’s doctors and nurses, who have been highly trained in accident and emergency skills by BASICS ( The British Association of Immediate Care, Scotland), with appropriate emergency medical equipment known as the Sandpiper Bag.
Here is the website if you want to know more, http://www.sandpipertrust.org/
Last time I raised over £1000 which i was astounded by but I am starting the process over, although this time there is no target, i'd just like to raise as much as possible for Sandpiper.
