Just imagine for a second that you were born in a developing country with a cleft condition. There is no support available either medically or psychologically to help you deal with the condition and you are left to live a life with unimaginable emotional and physical suffering...

How do you think that would make you feel everyday? What would your life be like?

Yet  for £150 and a simple a surgery which can take as few as 45 minutes to complete these people can be free of this forever!

Since 1982 Operation Smile have provided over 240,000 free surgeries to those born with a cleft lip or cleft palate and each year they treat over 16,000 people. 

With more than three decades of expertise, Operation Smile creates solutions that deliver free surgery to people where it’s needed most.

I am the proud host of Property Entrepreneur, the UK's leading 12 month property mentoring programme and each year we pick a cause to support as part of our "Get Up and Give Back"  initiative. 

This year Mark Barrett, a dad of two girls put forward the idea of supporting this cause because he could not imagine his girls going through even a small fraction of the pain so many people in the developing world have to endure on a daily basis. 

And so we have decided (as a team) to raise enough for 365 Smiles this year that's almost £55,000 and would be the most Operation Smile has ever had donated in one go!

So please, help me play a small part in the landmark raise. To raise awareness and funds for such a great cause. Please spread the word the family and friends.

A smile is a way to brighten someone's day, they say a smile goes around the world if only you will smile at someone first. Let's help these people feel the joy we do when we smile!
