We are Taking on Tough Mudder to Support the People of Sudan – Will You Help To Make a Difference?

On July 5th, me and my brother Zain will be taking on the Tough Mudder challenge to raise funds for the people of Sudan, who are facing unimaginable hardship. Since the outbreak of violence in April 2023, over 7.4 million people have been forced to flee their homes, seeking safety wherever they can. The devastating conflict has left families without shelter, food, and basic necessities, leaving many in desperate need of urgent help. This brutal war is so destructive that some fear it will cause the worse famine this century.

Why Sudan? The situation in Sudan is dire. Islamic Relief’s teams on the ground have been witnessing an alarming rise in malnutrition, especially among children. Over 3.7 million children are acutely malnourished—many so emaciated that they can barely breathe. These children, and their families, are surviving on just a few mouthfuls of food a day. For too many, the future is uncertain.

As we prepare to take on the Tough Mudder run—a physically demanding obstacle course that will push us to our limits—We want to use this challenge as a way to bring hope to those who are facing their own incredibly tough challenges. Every donation you make will help provide life-saving support, including food, medical aid, and shelter for those who need it most.

What Your Donation Can Do:

£10 could provide life-saving food for a child in need.

£25 could help deliver critical medical supplies to the hardest-hit areas.

£50 could support a family with shelter and safe water for a month.
