I have been working for RSPCA Sheffield since 1998 and try to participate in a couple of sponsored endurance events per year to give me a reason to keep fit while raising much needed funding for the Animal Centre. Money raised will make it possible to improve the lives of even more animals in Sheffield.

My next event is the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest event in Nottingham on Saturday October 13th 2012. Last year I run the course with my friend Gavin Edley and it was a lot of fun. This year I am hoping to put together a team of 5 or more to make it even more fun and to raise even more money. If you would like to join my team please contact adam@rspcasheffield.org.
