Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A bunch of Adam's friends including myself will be taking on Ben Lomond on Saturday the 11th of September to mark his 26th birthday (8th Sept) for Crisis Counselling. 

We believe that Crisis is a vital service for people struggling with their mental health, they provide counselling and support to people who need it when they need it. We love the idea that Adam's kindness and compassion can live on through this fundraiser to help other people in need. 

Please note(!!) the term "athletes" has to be taken with a pinch of salt. We know Adam will be laughing with, and at, us every step of the way. Any donations would be massively appreciated.

I hope we do you proud Adam, we all miss and love you so much.
