It's that time of year again and L2B beckons for 2025. This year I will be riding with Simon Wilde and Verity Sandford, and we hope to raise as much money as we can for BHF while participating in this fantastic event.

The BHF fund around £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them. Heart diseases. Stroke. Vascular dementia. Diabetes. They're all connected, and they're all under their microscope.

Even more poignant this year as some of our friends and family have recently been dealing with heart issues themselves and two of our team from 2023/2024 are not able to join us this year but hoping they will return in 2026.
