As you will know by now I have committed to cycling over 750km in 8 days round Vietnam in February next year to raise money for The British Heart Foundation.

In April 1993 my father died from a sudden and totally unexpected heart attack at just 39 years old, a fantastic peson whose life was dramatically cut short by this horrific disease.

Heart disease is the biggest cause of premature death in the UK and your money will really go along way to ensuring that thousands of lives are saved through the British Heart Foundation's pioneering research and innovative health initiatives. Your help in fundraising would be invaluable. Please if you could give as much or as little as you can I would be hugely appreciative as will The BHF and thousands of others who will benefit.
