Mind mental health charity is a charity close to my heart. Every year 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem, hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. Mind believes that no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They, listen,give support and advice and fight your corner!

 I feel like they need all the money and awareness they can get. This is my way of helping. Those of you that know me know that I am not the fittest!
