Story

In 2019 I joined the Paris to ADE cycle and run support for the riding group, I arranged the 2021 Virtual Cycle and vowed in 2022 I'd be on the road with the team. So, here I am!

London - Amsterdam 4 days - 500km - 30 riders from who share the same passion for music and inspired to help others from disadvantage backgrounds to have a free education in music via the Bridges For Music program.

As many of you know supporting Bridges for Music is important to me, I've been working closely with the organisation for over 6 years now and have seen the value the energy and funds we raise have and the impact Bridges For Music makes on the community and the indviduals who find their way through the program. There is no doubt that Bridges For Music changes lives and to be a small part in this incredible journey is a great privilege for me.

This year Bridges For Music has partnered up with the other charity I hold close to my heart  - Choose Love - it's amazing to see these two organisations work together and it's incredible to have the opportunity to raise funds for not 1, but both, simultaneously.

Since I've moved to NL I have not had the opportunity to purchase a bike and to train, Covid hit me, like many others, very hard, and we had to make some difficult choices - so the bike remained a dream. Finally, a few months ago, I purchased my bike, a dream come true. I've been working hard to make ends meet this year and haven't had a great opportunity to train, however, I'm committed to seeing this through.

I'm really excited to spend these few days with some amazing people, some old friends, some new - and to cycle this journey together, all for a great cause. I greatly appreciate your support in my fundraising. However big or small, together we truly make a difference!
