Maicey-Lou's Fund Raising Event

Maicey-Lou's Fund Raising Event · 5 April 2015
My name is Maicey-Lou, I am 9 years old. After watching a facebook documentary I became upset and made me think how terrible it would be if my family had a terminal illness like cancer so I decided that I wanted to try to make a difference in young peoples lives by raising money to help build the new Proton Beam unit at Christies Hospital in Manchester.
The specialised medication is currently available in America, with enough money raised, families can begin their treatment in the UK so they don't need to travel so far whilst being so poorly.
I am currently selling raffle tickets with the intention to raise as much money as possible. I aim to bag shopping at the week ends in local supermarkets and sell raffle tickets at my gymnastics club in Leigh. I have also decided to do the Junior Great Manchester Run in May, and a Midnight Walk. I need the help and support from others to raise money for these poorly children; together we can make a difference.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I've raised £600 in selling raffle tickets baking cakes upto now thanks for all your help 26/04/2015
