On Sunday 2nd of October I will be running the London Marathon in memory of my Sister-in-Law Laura.

On the 14th of February this year, Laura tragically took her own life at the age of 44.

Each year in the UK alone, more than 6000 people take their own life – each suicide has a devastating and lasting impact on their families, friends and communities.

I am raising money for SoBS (Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide) who provide specialist support for families who have lost loved ones to suicide.
