Helm is an established employability charity, founded in Dundee in 1982, that now works across Tayside and Fife to support young people (aged 15-25 years old) into employment. We exist to ensure young people have a brighter future by gaining qualifications, skills, and jobs.

Story

Hey there! This year, I've made a big decision - I'm going to take on the Great North Run. I know, I know - I'm not exactly what you'd call an athletic type. In fact, I've never really been one to exercise. But, I'm determined to make some positive changes in my life, and I believe that taking on this challenge is going to help me both physically and mentally.

But, there's another reason why I'm doing this. I want to raise money for Helm - a fantastic charity that works with young people to help them find work. These guys have voluntarily joined Helm, but they're struggling to find employment for various reasons. As a large employer and an employer of generations, I feel like we have a responsibility to help out wherever we can.

And let me tell you, this charity is doing some really amazing work. By raising funds, we can provide lunch for one of Helm's young people for just £2.50. Imagine how incredible it would be to be able to provide lunch for 100 young people! So, please, help me make a difference by donating to this fantastic cause.
