***UPDATE*** We have been overwhelmed with the generosity so far and so we would like to support another charity with any further donations, Pens Meadow Home School Association, link below.

Sunday 21st March 2021 marks World Down Syndrome Day. Up and Downs, a Down Syndrome charity based in The Midlands, supports children with Down Syndrome and their families. It is funded solely from donations and charity events. The current restrictions mean that many of the fundraising events normally planned to mark WDSD are unable to go ahead so instead the charity have challenged families to raise £21 each.

Our beautiful boy Thomas is nearly 6, he cannot yet walk unaided but that doesn’t stop him from getting involved. We are challenging him to walk 2100 steps by 21st March. The aim is 100 steps a day, he may even smash this target.

We will post regular updates of his progress towards his target.
