Fundraising For Surgery, Therapies and Equipment

Story

Adrian is running his first ever marathon on April 10th.

Once again he will be raising money to help Sophie Thomlinson. Sophie was diagnosed with Spastic Diplegia in July 2013, a form of Cerebral Palsy. It meant she couldn't stand, walk or run like other children could.

Sophie is now 4 years old. Last August she and her family flew to America so she could undergo a major operation to help her to walk unaided. The operation was a big success and now Sophie is walking as well as any other 4 year old. She is now learning ballet and can perform things like being able to dress herself - something she was unable to do before the operation.

Lots more money is needed to help fund vital therapy and physio sessions which she will need throughout her life. There will also be lots of specialist equipment to purchase to help her as she grows.

Please give generously. Many thanks.
