Over the weekend of 6&7 March I’ll be running four miles every four hours for 48 hours.

Starting at 4am on Saturday and finishing at midnight on Sunday, I will run 4 miles on 12 separate occasions at four hourly intervals. Food, rest and sleep will all be between runs.

I’m raising money for Helen & Douglas House (HDH) children’s hospice in Oxford. HDH provides invaluable support to our friends Vicky, Keith, Jessica and James

Charities like HDH have had a huge reduction in donations over the past year as fund raising events have been cancelled yet their support for children like Jessica and their families are needed more than ever.
