Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation. We work in over 70 countries - in conflict zones, natural disasters and epidemics. We are independent, neutral and impartial. We provide medical care where it's needed most.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I decided to take this challenge to celebrate my good health at the age of 60 and to raise money for charity.

I completed the ride of 975 miles in two weeks (12 days cycling). It was quite an adventure, riding through floods and gales and I had to average 80 miles a day.... so I had to work at it. If you are interested to read more or look at a few pictures you can visit my blog at www.adriansride.blogspot.com

Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders) is an international charity which provides medical aid  to victims of war and disasters around the world. I think that they are truly heroic people who deserve our support.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Médecins Sans Frontières UK gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me!
