Hi,

Myself, Helen & Alasdair (AKA the Three Amgios) are taking on the challenge of walking, running or Cycling 250 miles in June with somekind of Mountain walk being carried out by Helen & Alasdair ( again a big challenge for them at least)

I personally am aming for around 12 hours of exercise per week (Including my karate and fitness classes) to represent the 12 hours per week renal patient spend on dialysis.

This is a charity very close to our hearts as we would not have our Dad today if it was not for Kidney research. My Dad had a kidney transplant over 30 years ago and what has been achieved research wise has been amazing
