A team of Aesica's fittest and finest are preparing once again to run the gruelling 13.5 mile BUPA Great North Run 2014. The runners are in training and will be ready to hit the road on 7 September 2014.  All cakes and bacon sandwiches have been banned from the office until after the event.

The team this year is, John McConnell, Helen Taylor, Katy Lineker, Richard Daly, Jarrett Palmer, Bhavesh Kotecha and Claire Morley all  helping Aesica to raise money for Bravehearts of the North East, a charity whom we have enjoyed supporting for many years now.

All money raised will go straight to Bravehearts of the North East helping to recognise and reward some of the bravest children in the North East.
