Our consultant-led team of doctors, nurses and other professional staff provide expert care and support for local people with terminal or life-limiting illnesses and their families, in the hospice and at home.

Story

As a novice, Heather is throwing herself into the Strictly Learn to Dance class of 2020 challenge which involves learning three dances - the social foxtrot, the quick step and another to be decided for each couple by A Touch of Class dance studios who are training all contestants.

She is training every week with her partner in preparation for the Grand Finale at The Premier Suite in The University of Botlon Stadium to an audience of 750 on Saturday 14 November 2020.

Bolton Hospice provides specialist care and support for the people of Bolton who have life-limiting illnesses, and their families. Their team of doctors, nurses and other professional staff deliver care in the hospice and at home for patients throughout their illness, helping to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. They also provide compassionate, dedicated and dignified care for patients at the end of their life.

They are an independent charity mainly funded by the people of Bolton and to continue to provide free care and support they need to raise £4 million a year through donations, fundraising and gifts.
