Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page.
On Saturday 14th July the AGA SHOP in CARLISLE is holding a charity day.
Money is being raised for both the local Oncology Unit at the Cumberland Infirmary and Eden Valley Hospice, they're the chosen charities of the Carlisle Breast Care Support Group whose members are helping with this fundraising event. The group's Co-Chairman is BBC Radio Cumbria's Val Armstrong who's the current Cumbria Woman Of The Year and a lady who's survived breast cancer TWICE. She'll be there throughout the day to meet people.
We're hoping you'll buy a ticket to attend the event, but if not, would you like to make a difference by donating through this site? Any amount will help our cause. You can also donate by texting SHOP 66 followed by the amount you'd like to donate ie £1, £5, £10 to 70070.
All money donated online will go immediately to the Eden Valley Hospice, the maths will be done in the shop on the day to make sure that both causes receive the same amount at the end of the event.
Thank you.
With Best Wishes.
