During these challenging times, we are all extremely proud of the work that the Aggreko team have been doing in the UK to support the NHS – particularly our frontline workers who have been working hard to prepare the 1300 generator units offered to the UK government pro bono.

Across our UK Aggreko locations we have a long and proud tradition of supporting charities in the communities where we live and work. A number of these charities are now really struggling for funding as the events which they rely on so heavily such as marathons and dinners are being cancelled. While there has been a lot of fundraising happening in the UK, this has, understandably, been channelled towards the NHS. 

Aggreko have decided to support those charities struggling at this time via Charities Aid Foundation who will spilt the money raised evenly across all the charities register to the 2.6 challenge fund. 

During the weekend of 8th - 10th May cover the distance of 2.6 miles safely following the current social distancing rules, it's up to you how you cover the distance - run, walk, jog, cycle, go up & down the stairs, around the garden.
