One of the biggest obstacles facing young people today is access to meaningful employment opportunities. For many, the challenge of getting a break and a chance to build a sustainable career is as big and daunting as climbing Mount Everest.

So, in recognition of the challenges many young people face, I will be walking the distance between base camp to the peak of Everest, a total of 20km. This will be from the Talent Melbourne office to South Yarra and back on Friday 2nd September, along with my amazing team.

I am also raising money for our wonderful charity Talent RISE which will allow them deliver work readiness programs and workshops, deliver coaching and mentoring support, cover travel costs for young people to attend interviews or work opportunities, the costs of suitable work clothing and much more..
