Emergency Aid in Syria will provide:
One nation has teams on the ground in Syria providing emergency aid such as food packs, fresh bread, heaters, clothing and many more to more than 70,000 people a month. They have built an emergency shelter village for refugees fleeing the war and are currently building bricked houses, to provide refugees better living conditions and a place that they can call home. With millions of people displaced by the war, we are targeting £20,000 to help the people of Syria with as much emergency support as we can.
Syria: The children of Syria are growing up surrounded by destruction, disease and death. More than 80 percent of Syria's children have been injured, and around 3.7 million children have been born in the past five years amidst the ongoing conflict, meaning they have never known peace. Over 500,000 people have been killed in the conflict. As of March 2019, over 5.7 million have fled the country according to the UN High Commissioner for refugees and a staggering 6.1 Million displaced internally
