2023 looks like being an exciting year for me.

I've decided to enter a few events and raise some money for London Retired Police Dogs.  

So far I'm signed up for my 3rd Marathon and will be running Manchester on April 16th.  Also I'm cycling my third Ride London 100 on the 28th of May.

I plan to add a few events and raise some money for this great cause I'm supporting.
