We're raising money for Alzheimer's Society for my dads birthday this year, a charity very close to me and my family after losing a great father and husband to this terrible condition 12 years ago.  We'll be aiming to complete the National 3 Peak Challenge in under 24 hours in memory of my dad and to raise money to continue the great work Alzheimer's Society do as it's something no family should have to go through. 

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.  Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
