Story
2 years ago we were shocked to find out that our son Jenson was diagnosed with Epilepsy. He had experienced a number of seizures completely out of the blue. As first time parents, this was such a scary time for us and left us with a lot of questions. Our lives changed and the freedom you feel as a parent was taken away. Every day since that diagnosis has been spent worrying about when the next seizure would be, how to keep him safe and educating ourselves.
Every mile we complete as a family (Jenson wants to do this too) honours the three people who lose their lives to epilepsy each day and turns the miles into life saving progress. The Epilepsy Society has spent 75 years at the forefront of discovery, and every breakthrough they've made has been powered by donations from people like you who believed change was possible. Every hour in the lab brings us even closer to making breakthroughs in epilepsy research. Please give generously and help us help other children like Jenson.
