Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi I'm Ailsa Wilson and I'm14 years old. Cancer has touched many people in my life that are extremely close to me. It has affected my gran and my auntie also my auntie Gillian's mum and dad and took the life of my uncle Neil who all mean the world and more to me. But it was nice to know that we didn't have to face it alone. Macmillan don't only help the person affected but all their friends and family too. And now its time to help them as they helped us. They let us know there's a can in cancer and nobody should have to face it alone. Please help me raise money for Macmillan.  On the 14th of June 2014 I will be swimming in the freezing cold water of lake Windermere with all the fish and gooey things in the water that I really don't like specially when they bite your toes. Also I have to get up at 6 in the morning on a Sunday to be by the lake at 7:30 which I think is silly as its the only under 16 heat and were all teenagers and its a big deal!! so please help us :) Many thanks Ailsa!
