As some of you may know, my unbelievably strong Dad was diagnosed with myeloma back in July. Like most people, I had no clue what that even was, but I've now learned it’s a type of blood cancer that currently has no cure.

This November, I’m taking on the 100 Miles in 30 Days challenge to raise money for Myeloma UK, the only charity in the UK focused solely on this type of cancer. I’ll be walking/running and probably crawling my way through next month.
