I'm swimming 5km at Belvoir Castle to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK - I've pledged to raise £200 so any donation is greatly appreciated! I've got 10 weeks left to train and then I swim for at least 2.5 hours straight (probably more) on the weekend of the 19th July. Oh, and it's in open waters with no floatie - wish me luck x
