Many of you will know that we recently lost our lovely grandad Albert. Before he died, he spent a week in St Annes hospice before we took him home to be with his family. 

During his stay at St Annes Alb received outstanding care, and the doctors and nurses were kind and thoughtful throughout.

We have decided to join this bike ride and 100 riders are aiming to raise £20,000.

It is a 54 mile route along the taff trail, from Brecon to Cardiff Bay. Apart from that, we havent even ridden a bike in years so we have had to begin from scratch!! And Sunday has now become our 'training' and 'sore bum' day!!
