Each year, Relay For Life achieves something truly remarkable – raising over £1 million for world-class cancer research. Every penny raised makes a difference.

- £65 could buy special restriction enzymes. These act like molecular scissors to cut long strands of DNA, allowing our scientists to find out more about the genes that can cause cancer.

- £170 could fund one day of the ABC-07 clinical trial finding better treatments for people with bile duct cancer. The trial is combining a new type of radiotherapy with chemotherapy and the results could change the way we treat this cancer.

- £220 could fund our team of nine cancer nurses for one hour. Our nurse helpline offers confidential support and guidance to people affected by cancer.
