Myself and friends Tara Nentakong, Louise Davies & Jess David are going to be getting muddy doing the Cardiff Pretty Muddy on Sept 10th. And it doesn't involve horses!!!!

It's all fun for and to raise some money for Cancer Research. Not many people nowadays aren't affected by cancer in some way, whether it be themselves, a close friend or a family member.

I lost my pap in March 2013 and not a day goes by I don't think about him or talk to him. He truly was a remarkable man! I know he's always close by looking over us ❤

I hope one day a cure is found for this horrible disease.
