Working at The Queens Hotel has brought the Southsea Skatepark charity close to my heart. We have been supporting this charity organisation for the whole summer and I would love to help raise more money for them through this page when I take part in the Great South Run on Sunday October 20th.

I would be delighted if you would sponsor my efforts to complete the 10 mile challenge. Both my children love spending time at the Skatepark and back in the day I was a keen skateboarder myself. I always loved the atmosphere when kids and teens supported each other in conquering ramps and it was great seeing so many succeed. It was amazing to be a part of it. I know few very talented people who ended up taking extreme sports further and now we are able to follow their dreams come true as professionals.

When I decided to take part in the Great South run, it made sense for me to raise funds for the Skatepark.
The Queens Hotel has been supporting the Skatepark all year and I think it is such a great asset for the city.
My children love going there - it is a safe environment for them to practice and make new friends, and staff are so amazing!

Let's help beautiful Portsmouth city to secure a safe place for children to practise different sports, spend time with their families and make new friends, hobbies.. Let's keep a part of Portsmouth history alive.
