Airbus Ladies FC 100km Challenge

Airbus Ladies FC 100km Challenge · 1 June 2020
Charities such as MIND have lost millions due to cancelled fundraising events and activities as a result of Covid-19. As a team, we want to do our bit to help support this great charity whilst abiding by lockdown rules and getting fit for the new season.
Therefore, throughout June, the players at Airbus Ladies FC are undertaking the 100km challenge to raise money for the mental health charity, MIND.
The 100km challenge involves the players undertaking 100km of physical activity within 30 days - for most of us this will involve running and for those with injuries will be cycling or walking. (If we all manage to do it, we will have covered 2100km, which is the equivalent of driving from the football club to Marbella, and a bit more!)
To support each other remotely (and create some healthy competition!) we will be logging our progress through Strava https://www.strava.com/clubs/AirbusLadies - feel free to join the challenge with us.
Thank you for visiting our page and supporting a great charity,
