Our Team name is Air Farce 1 and our challenge is to buy a vehicle worth less than £100 and drive it from Calais through France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria and finally ending up 4 days and 1500 miles later in Zlata Praha (Golden Prague).

The event name is Czechwrecks or CRX for short.

On the way to Prague, CRX crosses the Swiss Alps over the Simplon Pass and climbs the Passo Del Stelvio - probably the highest mountain pass in Europe. We are hopeful that our 1994 Volvo 850 will see us through to the end. If it does not we will be hitchhiking till we get there.

The car cost us £99.99 and the paint job is a farcical attempt at the colours of Air Force 1. The rear wing section offers no improvement in performance or handling.
