We are fighting breast and cervical cancer in Bangladesh. Help us to keep the wheels of our Mobile Mammography Unit in motion. The Unit travels around Bangladesh providing free cancer screenings to poor and rural women.

Story

Our Response: Global One has procured the first digital mobile mammography and cervical cancer screening machine that will be used in order to screen women in marginalized communities around Bangladesh. Camp Plan: All Female-medic run camp, Awareness campaign for 2 weeks prior to the camp and recruit with the help of the local administration and govt health centre, Each camp will run for 3-4 days with 1 day of consultation with a specialist doctor, Service will run from 8:30 to 4:30 every day in 15 min. time slots, Referral system with specialized local hospitals Cost: £150 in order to provide 10 women with cancer screenings. £750 will set a camp up for 100 women to receive either a free breast cancer screening or cervical cancer screening. £1500 will provide 100 women with both screenings. With your donations we can keep the wheels of the Mammography Unit in motion. As breast cancer continues to take lives far too early, we will continue to fight this battle with your support.
