I have been blessed with the opportunity to pair with Muslim Hands charity to raise funds for Syrian and Palestinian refugees displaced in Lebanon. InshaAllah this coming December we will personally hand deliver essential aid, using your donations to distribute emergency food parcels to families as well as helping to repair shelter in these camps. 

The civil war in Syria has displaced 12 million people, many of whom now exist as refugees in unstable conditions throughout the Middle East. Lebanon specifically is currently experiencing its worst economic crisis in its history as it hosts a total of over 1.5 million Syrian and Palestinian refugees, in a country of only 6 million people. 

From living their normal everyday lives like you and me, to finding themselves living in extreme poverty with a severe lack of food, water, clothes and medical care - many of these refugees rely solely on aid to survive. 

As winter approaches, this becomes an increasingly difficult and distressing time of year for the refugees in Lebanon. With extreme cold conditions and not much to keep them warm or fed, it is our duty to help our dear brothers and sisters. 

Each and every single one of your donations will make an impact in helping deliver food and emergency aid to those families who are in desperate need during these difficult times. 

The Prophet SAW said, ‘It (Shaam or Greater Syria) is Allah’s best land, to which He sends His best servants’. [Abu Dawud]
