Me and my little (he's not that little, he's 6 ft 9) brother are taking on the biggest running challenge we've ever attempted. We're running from London to Brighton over 100km, hopefully in one piece.

I'm running for Breast Cancer Now as it's a cause close to my heart. Two very important women in my life - my beloved nana Margaret and Stace's mum Eileen - have both battled and beaten breast cancer so I'd like to do my bit to help improve funding to keep up the good fight.

To get my showbiz bod ready for it, I'm also doing Brighton marathon on April 15, and London Marathon a week later.
